Windows on a small screen is more friction than Switch/SteamOS; battery under AAA load is the trade for the open library. Xbox lists these as estimated retailer prices, not Microsoft prices. The Ally X (Z2 Extreme, 24GB/1TB) sits at $999.99 ERP; the X20 (7.4″ OLED, Z2 Extreme, 24GB/1TB) opened pre-orders 25 August at $1,299.99 / £1,299 and releases 15 October 2026.
